We are using QuickHR Cloud Payroll Software.
I have my own payroll software, can I continue to use my software?
Our payroll software can be integrated to Xero Accounting Software. It is highly recommended to use our payroll software unless your existing payroll software can be intergrated with Xero.
Do I need to meet you every month and pass you the documents?
No. We will guide you to set up a software which allow you to upload all the supplier invoices. We may also assign you a cloud server to upload other documents.
What is that implementation cost
We are charging one time implementation cost for bookeeping service mainly to record all the opening balances and set up the chart of accounts before we can continue with the monthly bookeeping. For payroll, we need to input all the employee database and also previous salary data which enable us to compile the data for the preparation of AIS submission.
What if I have less than 10 employee?
The fee is fixed and no further discount for the unused headcount.
What if I have more than 10 employee?
We will charge you at $13 / headcount (monthly fee) at our promotion price for the additional 11th headcount onwards.
I need corporate secretarial service too, is this package included?
This package is not included the corporate secretarial services. If you would like to engage us, the fee is from $350 / year.

Who is eligible for the grant?
SMEs can apply for PSG if they meet the following criteria:
- Registered and operating in Singapore.
- Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore.
- Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding; with Company‘s Group annual sales turnover less than S$100 million, OR less than 200 employers (for selected solutions only)
When is the expiry date of the grant?
As announced at Budget 2021, the enhanced maximum support level of up to 80% will be extended from 30 September 2021 to 31 March 2022. The maximum funding support level was raised from 70% to 80% from 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2022 to encourage enterprises to continue their digitalisation and productivity upgrading efforts
Which industries are eligible for the grant?
PSG covers sector-specific solutions including the retail, food, logistics, precision engineering, construction and landscaping industries. PSG also supports adoption of solutions that cut across industries, such as in areas of customer management, data analytics, financial management and inventory tracking. Thus, all industries are applicable.
How to apply the grant?

You will need to register for a Corppass account to transact on the portal. -
Approval takes 3-4 weeks
