  1. If your company has more than one currency bank accounts (aka multi-currencies), there will be additional $20/month.
  2. Top up $150 yearly if you want to upgrade to unlimited corporate secretary service.
  3. All sales record must be generated in excel file (i.e. POS system sales report). We do not accept hardcopy sales receipt for this F&B package. Otherwise, refer to our Accounting Services package.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there any limit of transactions for this package?

No. We only limit to 1 outlet of your F&B business of this package price.

If you have a company registration, there are outlets at east, west and CBD, we will count this as 3 outlets.

My company is not GST registered, will the rate be cheaper?

Our price is fixed, it regardless of whether your company is GST registered or not.

What if we have payroll headcount less than 10 pax?

Our package price is fixed and it is up to 10 staff for payroll service. You may check with our other pricing and packages, do a mix and match to check which package is more cost effective for you.

How do I pass the documents to you for the monthly bookkeeping?

You can either use your phone to snapshot the supplier/sales invoices by using our mobile app or scan a PDF copy and upload in our cloud software. A quick training for guidance is compulsory.

For Point of Sales (POS) software, you need you to generate the sales report in excel and send to us via email. We will explain to you the information that we require.

If you are preparing the payroll by yourself, send us the summary report in excel to us including the CPF records.

How do we start if we want to engage your service?

If your previous service provider is not using Xero, please provide the latest trial balance, balance sheet, profit and loss and general ledger listing.

We need the detailed listing as follow:

  • Account Receivables detailed listing
  • Account Payables detailed listing
  • Fixed assets detailed listing.

If you are using xero, remove the previous service provider email from the User Access and grant us access as “Adviser” by adding our email address sales@mycloudaccount.com.

We will further explain the steps.

What is the accounting software that you are using?

Xero, a cloud accounting software. We are certified Xero Adviser too.

Do you provide bookkeeping service on site?

No, we do not support service on site. All of our procedures are done online.

We have multiple bank currencies account

There will be additional $20/month charges.

What if we have payroll headcount more than 10 pax?

You may need to top up the difference as per the payroll pricing for the headcount more than 10 pax.

Do you come to collect the documents from our office?

We suggest transforming the procedures in online mode. If we have to collect the documents, there will be an additional charge of $30 per round trip.

What is your Corporate Secretarial Services cover?

We only cover the basic corporate secretarial service such as annual filing to ACRA and routine documents such as director resolutions and minutes to approve the financial statements. Any change of directors, shareholders, registered address, etc may incur an addtional cost. Please refer to the Corporate Secretarial Services page for ad-hoc charges. Upgrade to unlimited corporate secretarial service with $150 yearly.

What is your Corporate Taxation Services cover?

There is ECI submission, preparation of tax computation and Form C-S submission. If your company to has file Form C, there will be an additional $100 / year fee which will be charged separately.

When can I cancel the service?

Give us 1 month notice in advance before you want to terminate the service with us.
